On the inauguration of the 15th Presi­dent of the Republic of the Philippines, Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III. The nations’ symbol and bearer of hope for transformation and change. On the same day, we celebrated an important event in the life of the OMI Philippine Province and the OMI Congregation as well as in the lives of these three young men we witnessed their rite of acceptance to the Pre-Novitiate: Reggie Belza of Antipolo Diocese, Ian Dignos of Cota­bato Archdiocese and Dennis Ornopia of Paga­dian Diocese.

We welcomed them with joyful hearts as they begin their journey towards knowing and finding God who calls and discerning this call to this particular way of life, to the Oblate way of Life.
